INQF1500 - Student Activity Timetable Inquiry

This form displays a student's activity allocations for an Activity Calendar. The form is called in context of a person, allowing the user to navigate through the different Activity Calendars. For each Activity Calendar this form displays the:

  • Unit Offering Option details, including Unit Version, Teaching Period, Unit Location, Unit Class and Unit Attempt Status
  • Activity Offering details
  • Activity Group Details
  • Course Version details.

This form can be accessed from Person Inquiry (INQF1A00), via the Activity Timetable button in context of Person ID, or selecting the Enrolled Courses button, which takes the user to Student Course Attempt (INQF1200) and then via the Activity Timetable button in context of a Student Course Attempt.

It can also be accessed via the Callista menu or, in context, from ENRF3000 person, SCA and SUA screens.
If accessed from the ENRF3000 Person screen, it will display activities for the Person selected in the Person screen in ENRF3000.
If accessed from the ENRF3000 SCA screen, it will display activities for the SCA selected in the Student Course Attempt screen in ENRF3000.
If accessed from the ENRF3000 SUA screen, it will display activities for the SUA selected in the Student Unit Attempt screen in ENRF3000.

The lamp MULTIPLE ACTIVITY PERIODS EXISTS  will be displayed when the person has activities in more than one activity period, irrespective of the context navigation into this form.

Rules/Notes:

The following message appears when Person ID and/or Surname has not been entered, and an execute query is performed:

'This query may take time as Person ID and/or Surname search criteria have not been specified. Do you wish to continue with this query?'

The Activity Calendar block will only display Activity Calendars that the student is associated with. That is, where the Activity Calendar (superior) is related to the Teaching Calendar (subordinate).

When called in context from ENRF3000, INQF1A00 or INQF1200, this form can not be queried for any values other than the context variable values.
