SECF0052 - Organisational Unit Restriction Inquiry

Purpose

To permit inquiry on users with a particular Organisational Unit Restriction.

The Person block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Sex
  • Date of Birth

The Correspondence Type Restriction block contains:

  • Correspondence Type
  • Description
  • System Generated check box
  • Closed check box
  • Insert check box
  • Update check box
  • Delete check box
  • Restricted Select Allowed check box
 Rules/Notes:

Individual users may be restricted (depending on the security role[s] granted to them) in their ability to access organisational unit related data by having a restriction placed on them using the Maintain Organisational Unit User Restrictions form (SECF0032). This form can be used to list all users who have been granted access to a particular organisational unit. The Organisational Unit block displays the particular organisational unit for which users with this access are displayed.

Perform a query on an organisational unit and a list of users able to access that organisational unit is displayed.
