| To modify a Government Spoken English Proficiency Code:

Rules/Notes: Once in use, a Government Spoken English Proficiency Code should not be modified. |
| To delete a Government Spoken English Proficiency Code:

Rules/Notes: A Government Spoken English Proficiency Code cannot be deleted if it has been used in a Person record. It can be closed preventing any further use by selecting the Closed check box. |
