STAF1010 - Maintain Centrelink CART Configuration Details

The purpose of this function is to maintain CART process configuration information.

This Centrelink Academic Reassessment Transformation (CART) configuration information is used when verifying a CART Request. In the creation of a CART Response the recorded configuration items will be used.

Configuration includes the following values:

  • HEP’s Australian Business Number (ABN),
  • User ID supplied by Centrelink,
  • Course Information,
  • Contact Number Details, and
  • Email Address Details.

This form is accessed from the main menu.

 

The Centrelink CART Configuration Details block contains:

  • HEP Australian Business Number
  • User ID From Centrelink
  • Include Contact Number check box
  • Contact Number Address Type (LOV)
  • Contact Number Address Line (LOV)
  • Include Email Adress check box
  • Location Of Email Address (Pop)
  • Email Address Type (LOV)
  • Email Address Line 1 (LOV)
  • Email Address Line 2 (LOV)
  • System Delivery Address Type (LOV)

Rules/Notes:

Validations include:

  • Cannot use a closed Address Type to specify a Contact Number Details or Email Address.
  • When the include Contact Number Indicator is set, then the Contact Number Address Type and Contact Number Address line must be specified.
  • When the include Email Address Indicator is set then the Location Of Email Address must be specified.
  • When the Location Of Email Address = ‘Address Type’ then the Email Address Type and Email Address line must be specified.
  • When the Location Of Email Address = ‘Person Delivery Type Destination’ then the System Delivery Address Type must be specified.
  • Cannot use a closed System Delivery Address Type.
  • Cannot use a closed Date Alias Instance.
