Purpose

To display history details for a Course Field Of Study

This form is used to display the history of changes to the Field of Study applied to a particular Course Version.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Course Field of Study form (CRSF1260).

The Course Version block contains:

• Course Code
• Version Number
• Sector
• Course Status
• Title

The Course Field Of Study History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Field of Study
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

This form is entered in context for the Course Version used in a previous Audit or Course Structure and Planning form. For example: CRSF1210.

Perform a query to retrieve a known Course Version.

A query must be performed where:

• Other course forms have not been entered in the current session; or
• Another course form has been used but was exited in query mode.

Changes to the Course Field Of Study are displayed in reverse chronological order.

For each History record, values for all fields at the time the change was made, are displayed.
