This form is accessed from either Maintain Person Notes (ENRF3070), Maintain Student Course Attempt Notes (ENRF3080) or Maintain Student Unit Attempt Notes (ENRF3081), via the Edit Note button.

The Note block contains:

Space to write notes into.

Rules/Notes:

When this form is accessed via ENRF3070, ENRF3080 or ENRF3081, the Note Text can be updated. However, when accessed from ENRF3080 via INQF1200, the form operates in Query Mode.
