Purpose

To display history details for a Course Unit Level.

This form is used to display the history of changes to the Course Unit Level applied to a particular unit version.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Course Unit Level form (CRSF2240).

The Unit Version block contains:

• Unit Code
• Version Number
• Sector
• Unit Status
• Title

The Course Unit Level History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Course Type
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

This form is entered in context for the Unit Version used in a previous Audit or Course Structure and Planning form. For example: CRSF1210.

Perform a query to retrieve a known Unit Version.

A query must be performed where:

• Other course forms have not been entered in the current session; or
• Another course form has been used but was exited in query mode.

For each History record, values for all fields at the time the change was made, are displayed.

Changes to the Course Unit Level are displayed in reverse chronological order.
