Purpose

To display history details for a Course Fee Trigger

This form is used to display the history of changes to a Course Fee Trigger within a fee period.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Course Fee Triggers form (FINF2222).

FINF2222 is accessed via the Maintain Fee Categories form (FINF2800).

The Course Fee Trigger block contains:

• Fee Category
• Calendar Type
• Start Date
• End Date
• Status
• Fee Type
• Course Code

The Course Fee Trigger History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known fee category.

Changes to a Course Fee Trigger are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Course Fee Trigger where the form has previously been accessed within the session.
