The CHESSN History block contains:

• Creation Method
• HEIMS Validation Date
• Invalid/Inactive Reason
• History End Date
• History By
• Comments

Rules/Notes:

The two lamps that may be displayed in the top block are ENCUMBERED or DECEASED.
