Purpose

This report produces a list of important University Dates (Date Alias descriptions and values)

Run Details

This job is run to provide a list of Date Aliases for review for Calendar Instances within a specified Date Range.

This report can be run online, particularly where the report is run with parameters specifying a small data set, such as a small Date Range or specific Date Alias Category.

Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling Subsystem for details of scheduling and running online jobs.

The Calendar Date Report block contains:

Parameter Tab

• Date Alias Category
• Calendar Period
• Calendar Status
• Range Start Date
  The Start and End Date Range selects ALL Calendar Instances whose:
  • Start and End Dates fall within the Date Range specified; and
  • Start Date is within the Date Range but whose End Date is after the specified Date Range; and
  • End Date is within the Date Range but whose Start Date is prior to the specified Date Range.

  The Date Range selection is for Calendar Instance NOT Date Alias Instance.
