This form the Notices that have been delivered to a student or applicant and when and where they were delivered.

The Person/Applicant Log block contains:

Person ID/ Applicant ID

Rules/Notes:

Whether or not a notice is displayed in this form is dependent on variables, some of which are:

If the 'Log Notice' check box is not selected in SSFF5000, it will not display
If certain fields in other forms are NULL the information is not displayed

The following table shows examples of where the displayed information comes from. This is not meant to be an exhaustive list. For example, it is assumed the student is enrolled in a course unit::

Display Order	Taken from the 'Display Order' field in Maintain Self Serve Notice (SSFF5000)
Notice Code	Taken from the 'Notice Code' field in Maintain Self Serve Notice (SSFF5000)
Template Name	Taken from the 'Communication Template' name in Process Communication Items (CORW2000)
Description	Taken from the 'Notice Code Description' field in Maintain Self Serve Notice (SSFF5000)
Notice Text	Taken from either the 'Dynamic' or 'Static' Notice Text tabs in Maintain Self Serve Notice (SSFF5000)
