Use this form to define Government Centrelink Concession Card Types in Callista SMS.

Use this form to record the types of Government Centrelink Concession Cards permitted by the government as a form of identification that a student can provide when requesting a USI from the government’s USI Registry.
The function allows institutions to define a Government Centrelink Concession Card Type, add a code and a description, and close a card type that is no longer permitted by government.

The Government Centrelink Concession Card Types block contains:

• Code
• Description
• Closed check box

To record a new Government Centrelink Concession Card Type:

• Go to ADMF3252
• Click on the Add New Record button
• Record the code for the new centrelink card type and add a description
• Save.

To change the description of a Government Centrelink Concession Card Type:

• Go to ADMF3252
• Query for and select the record to be changed
• Update the description
• Save.

To delete a Government Centrelink Concession Card Type:

• Go to ADMF3252
• Query for and select the record to be deleted
• Click on the Delete Record button
• Save.

Rules:

Once used in the System, Government Centrelink Concession Card Types cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.

Once used in the System, only minor Description modifications should be carried out.
