Rules/Notes: This form may be accessed directly from the Callista menu. |
Individual users may be restricted in their ability to access types of notes by having a restriction placed on them using the Maintain System User Note Type Restrictions form (SECF0040), or by having a restriction placed on a user role that they have been granted using the Maintain Security Role Note Type Restrictions form ()SECF0041). This form is used to list all note restrictions applied to the person displayed in the top block. Note that if a user is granted access to a Note Type via one Security Role, they will not lose that access if they have restrictions placed on that Note Type at the person level or via their other Security Roles. |
Rules/Notes: Once a list of users with restrictions to a note type is displayed, a query can then be performed in the bottom block to display a subset of these users. |
