This form is used to create and maintain notes related to the Unit Set.

The form is entered via the Unit Set Notes button displayed in the Maintain Unit Sets form (CRSF4200).

This form is entered in context, displaying the Unit Set details in the Unit Set block. Any previously created Unit Set Notes are also displayed.

Notes may be created or edited by typing text into GENF0010 (accessed by clicking on the Edit Note button).

The Unit Set block contains:

• Unit Set Code
• Version Number
• Unit Set Status
• Title
• Unit Set Category

The Unit Set Note block contains:

• Course Note Type
• Description
• Note Format Type

To create a Unit Set note:

• Select a Note Type from the LOV.
• Enter the Note Format Type by either:
• Entering a known Note Format Type and select the Edit Note button; or
• Select the Edit Note button to display an overlay where the Note Format Type can be selected from the LOV. Select OK.
• Record Notes in the screen displayed. Save before exiting to return to the main form.
