This form enables Institutions to specify what will happen to a student's Discontinuation, Intermission or Early Return from Intermission application where they have provided a particular response to a question (Service Type of DISCONTINUE, INTERMIT or INTERMISSION RETURN) defined in ENRF01Y0.

For each each question each answer is displayed and Institutions define the consequence, if this answer is provided on the application.
i.e. Whether the application can be completed via SSF (Note: applications for Early Return from Intermission cannot be submitted via Student Connect) and whether the application can be automatically APPROVED when a System Check is run.

This form also enables the user to specify the action required as a result of an application having details in any free text response. For example, an Institution may not want to allow automatic approval of any application where the Student has provided information in a free text field.

This form is accessed in context from ENRF01Y0.
