To record Award Issuer Details

This form enables institutions to configure the system to store the issuer details for the Awards which will be sent along with Award data elements to create a Digitary Learner Profile (DLP) in the My eQuals Graduate Verification Service (GVS). A data script will be provided to populate the record initially, after which institutions will update the record details to values appropriate to their institution in order for the GVS to accept their records. The GVS will combine the issuers name and awardID to create a unique identifier for the student.

The attributes in this form are used to assemble the issuer data. The initial record contains default values, so clients may wish to update it before use.

This form may be accessed directly from the Callista menu.

The Person block contains:

• Issuer Code
• Issuer Type
• Issuer Name
• Issuer's Public URL
• Issuer's Unique Identifier
• Issuer Country

Rules/Notes:

Issuer Code maps to the INSTITUTION_CD of the Award issuer.

Issuer Type represents the type of issuer. The following are system-defined and are the only valid issuer type values.

• Custodian
• Joint
• Antecedant

The Issuer’s Unique Identifier may be the same as the Issuer Code.

The Issuer Country is the issuer's country code and follows the ISO3166-1-alpha-2 country codes format. https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/
