For the Ceremony shown as context in the Graduation Ceremony block, Notes of many types can be created. Each type reflects the common purpose of the notes associated with it. The available Graduation Ceremony Note Types are created in the form Maintain Graduation Note Types (GRDF1510).

Notes may be created or edited by typing text into GENF0010 (accessed by clicking on the Edit Note button).
