Purpose

To enable institutions to securely retrieve their student data from the My eQuals Graduation Verification Service (GVS) for reconciliation purposes.

This job enables institutions to securely retrieve their student data from the GVS database for reconciliation purposes.
Using this job, institutions are able to compare the data that has been sent to the GVS databasewith the data in Callista SMS and resolve any discrepancies.
Institutions can query the GVS database to provide:

• Full details of a specified Award
• Full details of a specifed learner
• A list of Award Ids within a specified date range

For this job to run, the GVS Web Service details must be configured in GENF5000 and the Oracle Wallet defined in GENF4720.

The job can be run in immediate or scheduled mode by the institution.

The Assign Graduand Status block contains:

Parameters Tab

• Data Type
• Person ID
• Award Code
• Date From
• Date To

Rules/Notes:

Select the Data Type and then complete the remaining required fields.

i.e. Award Code field is only available when Award is selected for Data Type and Date From and Date To are only available when Award List is selected for Data Type.

From Date and To Date must be in the same calendar year.
