This form is used to display the history of changes applied to an applicant's admission application.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Direct Admissions - Course form (ADMF3240).

• Perform query to retrieve a known applicant.
• Changes to the applicant's admission application are displayed in reverse chronological order.
