Explanation

Standard templates are used for the presentation of reports. Each report consists of a header page, followed by one or more report body detail pages, followed by a trailer page. Some of the text displayed in header pages, trailer pages and body page headers can be institution defined, using this form. This information includes:

  • For Header Pages
    • Title line 1
    • Title line 2
    • Commentary
  • For Trailer Pages
    • Title line 1
    • Title line 2
    • Title line 3
  • For detail pages of the report body
    • Header Title
    • Footer Title

To change report header, trailer and detail page information using the Maintain Report Details form:

  1. Select existing text in any field and make the desired changes.
  2. Save.
  3. Check a small report for the desired result.
