Before you can access your student computer account you must activate your account through the Identity Manager system.

Students need a computer account to use CDU computer services including enrolling online via MyStudentInfo, internet access on campus, student email, learning applications and more.


If you have never used your computer account you first need to activate it. You can only activate your account if you are a current student, or have been offered a place into a course. 

The first step is to read this important information regarding your computer account. This page will also provide you with the links to activate your account and enrol.

Manage your account

If you have already activated your computer account, you can login to do any of the following:

  • change your password
  • provide answers to your authentication questions
  • view what your computer account gives you access to
  • view your profile.

You should also log in to your account after enrolling to ensure that all of your access has been activated.

Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can change it by providing the answers to the authentication questions you answered when you activated your account.
