Dispatch of print based (PB) study materials

The dispatch of printed study materials is driven by your enrolment. No materials will be sent unless you have a current enrolment in a relevant unit that has print based materials. Students who believe they should be receiving print based study materials should firstly check to ensure the unit they are studying has print based materials.

Checking is simple, units that have print based materials are clearly marked with a “PB” in the Learning Method section of the Unit Availability.

Delivery of print based study materials

Print based materials are dispatched by post or via international courier for students based overseas. Dispatch of materials occurs approximately 3 weeks prior to the start of Semester. For students who enrol after this date, we endeavour to post your materials within 24 to 48 hours of your enrolment being processed, subject to material availability.

Please check your student email to make sure that your study materials are on the way via Australia Post. Please allow 10 working days for delivery of study materials. If there is an error with your study materials, please respond to the email as all care is used to make sure that you get the right study materials. If you have not received your study materials after 10 working days, check with your local post office first as no study materials will be left at your house but will be carded to the local post office for you to collect.
