Alumnus wins prize at NZ conference

A recent alumnus of Charles Darwin University has won the inaugural David Sell Award at an international conference for the best presentation of a postgraduate study. 

Daniel Lee last year completed a Master of Education (International) in which his thesis was under the supervision of CDU Lecturer in Education, Dr Sharon Lierse. 

He presented the findings at the Australian and New Zealand Association for Research in Music Education Conference in Auckland last month.  

Daniel Lee’s thesis was on the development of an Australian meta-canon for the electric guitar.
