Students celebrate academic achievements at graduations

Charles Darwin University celebrated the academic achievements of more than 850 students at its recent graduation ceremonies.

CDU Pro Vice-Chancellor Sam Jacob said she was delighted to be able to welcome graduates in person to this year’s ceremony, as last year only virtual ceremonies were held due to COVID-19.

“Graduation is a significant milestone for our students, and we’re thrilled that this year students can experience the joy of graduating with their family and friends present,” she said.

“Graduation provides a platform from which students can continue to learn and develop, taking with them the skills, memories and friendships they have gained at their time at university for their years and careers ahead.”

Ceremonies were held last month. Ceremony videos also will be available to view following the graduation.
