The Green Ant Nest

"The Green Ant Nest" is a commissioned sculpture using timber from the trees that fell on Casuarina campus as a result of Cyclone Marcus in March 2018.

It was unveiled at the Charles Darwin University Foundation’s AGM on 15 May 2019 in the Mal Nairn Auditorium foyer by Vice-Chancellor Professor Simon Maddocks and the sculptor and CDU alumnus Joel Mitchell.
