Students scoop NT Young Achiever awardsBy Katie Weiss A PhD candidate with a knack for crowdfunding and wildlife conservation is one of six Charles Darwin University students to win a 2017 NT Young Achiever Award. Research Institute for the Environment and Livelihoods PhD candidate Alyson Stobo-Wilson was awarded the ConocoPhillips Environment Award for contributing to scientific research about Top End savanna gliders. Law student Mark Munnich won the Young Achiever of the Year Award, along with the Minister for Territory Families Excellence in Youth Leadership Award. Other CDU winners included:
