Vietnamese and Dutch Ambassadors visit

The Ambassadors of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Kingdom of the Netherlands recently visited Charles Darwin University and met with Vice-Chancellor Professor Barney Glover.

Professor Glover provided their Excellencies, Mr Hoang Vinh Thanh and Mr Willem Andreae with an overview of the university and a guided tour of the Art Gallery and Northern Editions.

Mr Thanh and Mr Abdreae both expressed a keen interest in CDU’s research expertise and leadership in tropical and desert knowledge of the Australian and Asia-Pacific region.

Professor Glover also discussed ways of expanding engagement between CDU and the two countries.
