In 2011 he co-founded Lir Space in Jogjakarta, an independent space that aims to build a supportive and positive environment for young artists.

Dito’s artistic practice is varied between photography, mixed-media, installation, video, and performance. He is especially interested in working with community and recollecting stories to find the link between memory-citizen-history. He has held three solo exhibitions; his most recent one was The Memories of Unidentified Experience, shown at Kedai Kebun Forum, Jogjakarta.

Dito is currently undertaking a one-month artist residency in Darwin hosted by NCCA and taking place at Eco Cottage, George Brown Botanic Gardens.
