Her book looks critically at Reconciliation both at national and state levels with qualitative, ethnographic and auto-ethnographic field research in rural Central Queensland where Catherine undertook her Honours in Sociology (CQU) and was a non-government community worker/activist throughout the 1990s.

Catherine will be sharing her research looking at the inter-play of power relations between and within whiteness, race, Indigenous sovereignty, gender, queer, class, rurality, age, disability, non-human beings and landscapes.
