Darwin is famous for its many turtle species and Turtle Tracks is a sunset cruise for those with a spirit of adventure, and for those who want to visit the Bare Sand Island turtles, in their world and on their terms. Activities will include a boat cruise past historic Charles Point Lighthouse into Bynoe Harbour, arriving at remote Njulbitjlk (Bare Sand Island) in time for the sun set. You’ll explore the island with Team Turtle, learn about the fascinating marine creatures who inhabit these waters.

By joining this activity, you will also be making a contribution to AUSTURTLE to assist with their ongoing research into Australia’s endemic turtle species.
