arts immersion program with Anne-Marie Cullinan

Experienced art teacher and yoga instructor Anne-Marie Cullinan will facilitate three workshops that explore the benefits of combining art with mindfulness and yoga.

Suitable for all levels of ability, participants can choose to complete all three connected workshops to receive a unique CDU digital badge or complete workshops individually.

  • Workshop one - Finding balance
  • Workshop two - Developing peace
  • Workshop three - Growing harmony

This course is created for health professionals, artists, and educators to build skills in art creation, mindfulness, and yoga.

What to bring:

  • yoga mat/thick towel
  • small cushion
  • eye pillow, if you have one
  • extra clothing (room can become cool)
  • water bottle.

All art materials are supplied. Please arrive by 9 am for a 9.15 am start.

These workshops are free – kindly funded by CDU Student Services Amenities Fees.
