Determine my phone usage

eCentre has a phone usage reporting tool that will allow you to view your phone usage.

The tool allows you to show information which will allow you to find and report problems such as:

  • Your area is paying for phones it shouldn't
  • Your area is not paying for phones it should
  • A mobile phone cost could be reduced by changing its plan
  • Global roaming is enabled on a mobile phone where it shouldn't be
  • A phone is not being used at all

With this you will be able to identify anomalies in our reporting data and help us manage our phone costs.

Phone Usage reporting also allows a staff member to have visibility over their phone usage.

The reports are categorised as “Land line”, “Mobile calls” and “Mobile data”. The phone numbers you have dialled are not visible but the duration and cost is displayed.

Managers are also able to see the phone costs of those staff who report directly to them.

It is also possible to compare one month with the previous months for trend analysis.
