Confluence Wiki

Advanced collaborative functions and tools

Confluence, enterprise wiki software developed and marketed by Atlassian, allows ITMS to provide its clients with an easy to use online collaborative work space.

What is a Wiki?
A wiki is a website which allows its users to add, modify, or delete its content via a web browser usually using a simple WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor.

The CDU wiki is made up of “Spaces”, created as and when required by individuals or groups. Each space can be as simple or complex as desired.  With automatic tracking of changes, versioning of documents added, and a wide variety of display and reporting tools built in, or supplied through modular add-ons.

Who and what level of access individuals have within the space is controlled by the space creator, allowing spaces and even pages within spaces to be as open or secure as required.
