eCentre is an application for all people connected to the ITMS network and IT infrastructure that provides:

Self-service computer account functions such as viewing the status of the various components which make up your computer account. A change password facility that is not reliant on the native windows environment, particularly useful for people working away from base or on non-standard equipment.  A self-service password reset process and management of the associated security questions.

Self-service location change (required for regional computer account management) – depending on your location, your computer account can be managed in different ways. Having the wrong location may reduce your user experience or computer performance.

Hierarchical supervisory functions allow you to review the staff you manage including visitors, contractors and managed students.

Workflow Services (WFS), paperless automated and semi-automated processes for requests and approvals. Increased/elevated computer access, door/building access, and mobile phone purchases just to name a few. WFS is ever expanding with the credo “If it can be put on a form it can be incorporated into eCentre workflow”.

CDU online directory contact information can also be modified and/or updated through eCentre.
