CDU Research in Cloud Forum

Amazon Web Services has developed this workshop specifically for research and health organisations. This first time Darwin event is proudly supported by Northern Institute (NI). This is an invite-only event for Darwin Health & Research organisations and NGO’s, to understand how cloud technologies can empower and promote the growth of your organisation, increase your agility, improve collaboration, and enhance the lives of citizens you serve.

The event will offer insight into the unique outcomes and benefits public sector organisations face with cloud adoption, followed by a session of Q&A.

Topics of discussion

  • An overview of Amazon Web Services (AWS);
  • How research organisations are growing in Australia, and globally, with the cloud (including relevant case studies and solutions);
  • How CDU and research organisations across the Northern Territory are improving research activities and deliverables with the cloud;
  • A look at AWS Research programs and AWS Educate – teaching new technology skills and empowering students and communities.

Please direct questions regarding the event to Ateeb Mirza.
