This cross-sector workshop will provide a space where people from a range of backgrounds in education, employment training services, health, social services, justice and more can come together to problem solve and identify actions they can take to address the issues that create educational inequity in the Territory.

This one-day workshop, facilitated by Teach for Australia, will provide the opportunity to hear from, contribute to and learn about what other people in the NT are doing that works and to discover what hasn’t. Just as importantly, it will be a chance to connect with other passionate people working on improving outcomes for young people and to grow networks that ensure each of our small actions leads to big outcomes.

Join passionate people from a range of organisations to:

  • Identify challenges within organisational contexts that can be collectively addressed;
  • Breakdown challenges faced by young people and the organisations that service their needs;
  • Collaborate and co-create ways to overcome identified challenges;
  • Generate innovative approaches to problem solving and create action plans for better outcomes; and
  • Provide an opportunity for people in our community to come together, connect, inspire and empower each other so our actions
  • can generate holistic, whole-of-community outcomes to counter educational inequity in the NT.
