The Larrakeyah Branch of the National Trust NT, together with the Historical Society NT wish to invite you to our fourth talk for 2017.

Our guest speaker  Dr Brian Reid is a long-term General Practitioner in the Territory with an interest in history. 

The title of Brian's talk is 'James Stokes Millner'. Millner was a South Australian public servant living in Palmerston (today's Darwin) in the late 1800s.  Among Millner's many roles, include being a medical doctor, Protector of Aborigines, collector of meteorological data and biological specimens.

Cost: $2 for members of either the National Trust of the Historical Society and $5 for non-members.

Drinks and nibbles available from 5.30pm. 

Everyone is most welcome, so please come along for an enlightening talk.
