Postdoctoral Researcher

Ritu is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Development at Smt. P.N Doshi Women’s College (Affiliated to S.N.D.T Women’s University, Mumbai). She is also holding position of Department Head for one of the vocational courses at her current working place.

She is in teaching career since 2003, teaching degree course for the subject Human Development and Early childhood education. She worked at various colleges at Mumbai in the beginning of her career. She also worked for couple of years as translator and assistant editor for Lions International Club secretariat office at Mumbai for Lions India Magazine. She is actively involved in research work and her research inclination is towards in community education. She has been planning research projects for current social & community issues.

She is a research guide for post graduate students of Human Development & Early Childhood Education at S.N.D.T Women’s University Mumbai India. She has many research projects, paper presentation and publication work to her credit. She is also a collaborative research associate at Australian Centre for Sustainable Development Research and Innovation working for the community-based project in India.
