Studying with CDU online or on-campus across Australia

Message from the Dean

With over 6000 students and 150 CDU staff located at campuses across Australia, the College of Nursing and Midwifery is one of the largest university providers of online education for nurses, midwives, medical doctors and other health professionals.

We aspire to produce excellent graduates who will become the next generation of health professional leaders in their chosen career path.

Studying at CDU means you are part of a community of scholars that engage with the latest online learning technologies and benefit from clinical teaching in actual health settings and clinical training suites located across Australia in either Darwin, Alice Springs, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane or Melbourne.

We were the first University to offer online undergraduate health degrees, and we have a range of new postgraduate and continuing professional development programs to meet alumni demand for those of you who are current practicing health professionals. This year we launched our suite of Aeromedical post graduate online courses open to doctors and nurses and other health professionals across Australia and internationally.

Our Molly Wardaguga Research Centre focuses on improving health outcomes for Aboriginal mothers and babies by reducing pre-term birth rates. We also specialise in research in Primary Health Care, Mental Health, Cancer and Chronic Conditions.

We are values-driven, delivering quality, innovative teaching programs and engaging in high impact research outcomes that make a difference in the lives of people in the Northern Territory, Australia and internationally. Join us to connect, discover and grow.
