Performance Development Review System (PDRS)

The University is committed to providing a working environment that fosters excellence in all areas of business, with a high level of organisational professionalism and performance.  To support this commitment, all staff are required to participate in the annual Performance Development Review System (PDRS) process.

The PDRS ensures staff and their managers, have clearly defined work goals and performance expectations, and understand how these contribute to the key goals and priorities of CDU’s Strategic Plan. It provides a mechanism for staff members to discuss career goals and identify professional development to enhance and/or improve performance as required.

Over the annual cycle of the PDRS, meetings between staff members and managers should occur at least twice on a formal basis, however this should not replace timely and constructive feedback between staff and managers as required.
