Once you have selected a method for collecting qualitative data, it’s important to plan out how you will go about analysing it. Qualitative research can generate large amounts of data, so a good plan for organising it is critical. Building on the previous ‘introduction to qualitative research’ sessions, this workshop has focus in on qualitative data organising and analysis. We will look more deeply at generic thematic analysis (deductive and inductive) and briefly touch on some other popular methods.
