Creating impact is increasingly important for a researcher in terms of securing funding and career opportunities. But what do we mean by research impact?  In this workshop you will walk away understanding:

  • What research impact is -- and what it is not

  • Why research impact is relevant to one’s research goals, career, the greater community, and CDU’s strategic vision

  • What are the core elements of a Research Impact Pathway

  • A copy of CDU’s Impact Pre-Planning template, examples of what impact can look like in your Field of Research (FoR) and where to go for further resources and guidance.

A zoom link will be sent to you prior to the workshop.
