Penny Sweeting

Penelope Sweeting is a nursing lecturer in the College of Nursing & Midwifery specialising in critical care and emergency nursing.

Penelope is interested in quality and safety in healthcare. More specifically, her current research examines human factors and suicide prevention.

Penelope holds a Master of Advanced Nursing, a Graduate Certificate in Critical Care Nursing, a Bachelor of Nursing and is currently a Higher Degree Research student at CDU

Penelope was the recipient of the Australian College of Nursing Emergency Department Postgraduate scholarship in 2016 and has an upcoming publication in the Journal of Nursing Children and Young People.
