Overview
This short course helps students become competent users of Microsoft Office 365 software. Practical activities will build students' skills in designing and producing spreadsheets; creating electronic presentations; and designing and producing digital text documents.
Course training and assessments are organised to allow students to complete training activities online, in their own time.

To achieve the vocational training program VTP374 - Microsoft Office 365 Proficiency a total of three (3) units of competency must be completed as listed below.

Students will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for units successfully completed.

Entry requirements
Admission criteria
Students complete a language, literacy and numeracy quiz (LLN Robot) before entering the program. This quiz is used to establish:
- whether the student is in the correct qualification level to be successful,
- whether the student requires specific LLN support.
