VTP299 Emerging Leadership Development

This program is for individuals with workplace experience who plan to move into supervisory or team leader roles.

This program is delivered online, delivery and assessment resources are accessed via CDUs online learning platform, Learnline, and incorporates 15 online tutorials. Tutorials will be recorded and accessible at anytime for those that are unable to participate in the scheduled sessions. Assessments are to be submitted by the specified due dates. Support is available from lecturers via email, phone or face to face by appointment.

Entry requirements

You must:

  • be 18 years or older; and
  • not be attending secondary school; and
  • be able to demonstrate appropriate language, literacy, and numeracy skills and knowledge to undertake this course. This is demonstrated if you have completed a qualification deemed equivalent to an Australian Year 11 or higher, Australian Certificate III or higher, or by completing a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment.

Fees

To be eligible for an NT Government funded place you must be:

  • a Northern Territory resident; and
  • an Australian citizen, permanent Australian resident or a New Zealand citizen who has resided in Australia for a minimum of six months

Fees

To be eligible for an NT Government funded place you must be:

  • a resident of the Northern Territory; and
  • a temporary visa holder who:
    • does not have work or study restrictions
    • has a valid visa for the duration of the training, allowing for the total volume of learning required to achieve the qualification, including supervised and unsupervised training and study
    • is not the primary provisional visa holder of a skilled, business innovation and investment, student, work or holiday visa identified on the Department of Home Affairs website.

Course structure

To achieve the vocational training program VTP299 - Emerging Leadership Development a total of three (3) unit of competency must be completed as listed below.

Students will be issued with a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion.

The total Nominal Hours for this training program is 120.
