This job is run:

• Prior to Enrolment Periods to provide Enrolment Officers with information that must be recorded.
• Prior to the Census Date to allow time to collect missing information.
• At any time deemed necessary for whatever reason.

This job is run during Enrolment Periods to provide a list of mandatory Government statistics that have not been recorded.

The Statistical Details Exception Report block contains:

Rule/Notes:

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

At least one Census Date MUST be recorded.

Commencement Date can display:

• ALL students (both new and returning), or
• NEW students, or
• RETURNING students.

There are several sort combinations available in the Sort Order parameter.

Rules/Notes:

The report is presented in landscape mode.

The report displays students who have no:

• Correspondence Address details.
• Person Statistics details, and
• Prior Education details.

Where some person Statistics and Education details have been recorded, these details are displayed and red blocks indicate missing data.

The report also includes the following details:

• Parent/Guardian 1 Highest Education Attainment
• Parent/Guardian 2 Highest Education Attainment
• Year Left School
