Use this form to configure to allow configuration of Admission settings involved in actions such as the manual creation of RE-ADMIT applications or the transfer of admission details to Tribal Admissions. See further details below.

This form may be accessed directly from the Callista menu.

The Admissions Configuration block contains:

• Correspondence Category Field
  Use value from discontinued SCA for RE-ADMIT check box
• Fee Category Field
  Use value mapped to Admission Category for RE-ADMIT checkbox
• Tribal Admissions
  Exclude Admission Outcome Status from transfer to Tribal Admissions
  Admission Outcome Status for pending Tribal Admissions decision

Post Acceptance Offer Response Status

• Offer Rejected Post Acceptance
• Offer Deferred Post Acceptance

Notes:

If the Correspondence Category Field checkbox is selected, and a RE-ADMIT application is manually created for a student, the Correspondence Category is automatically populated with the Correspondence Category from the applicant's discontinued SCA record.

If the Fee Category Field checkbox in ADMF3210 is selected and a RE-ADMIT application is manually created for a student, the Fee Category is automatically populated with the Fee Category mapped to the Admission Category from the applicant's discontinued SCA record.

The 'Exclude Admission Outcome Status from transfer to Tribal Admissions' value is the institution-defined admission outcome status which will exclude applications with an admission step type of TRIB-ADM from being transferred to Tribal Admissions.

The 'Admission Outcome Status for pending Tribal Admissions decision' status is the institution-defined admission outcome status assigned to applications to indicate that they have been transferred to Tribal Admissions and have an outcome pending.

The Post Acceptance Offer Response statuses are the statuses used to indicate an offer has been rejected or deferred after it was originally accepted. Both fields are optional.
