This function enables the recording of a Postcode Range (or ranges) for the States recorded in the System State Table (S_STATE).

Information maintained using this form is used to derive the State Postcode Range Code. STAJ3000 and STAJ4000 transfers Postcode and State information to Tribal Submissions. Tribal Submissions reports the State values to TCSI as Residential Address State (E470) in the Student data group.

The user maintains data in this table, and validations in ENRF01D0 ensure that overlap of ranges is does not occur. Where a Postcode area crosses state or territory borders, a custom view is provided with these overlapping Postcodes (i.e. it will identify the suburbs and states for each overlapping postcode). Processing for STAJ3000 and STAJ4000 checks in this view initially to see if the postcode is present. If the Postcode doesn't exist in this custom view then the process will use the data maintained in STAF112X and ENRF01D0 to determine which values to transfer to Tribal Submissions.

If a new post code is identified to be across different states it needs to be added to the custom view so that E470 Residential address state is not derived as null.
