There is only one screen and this contains three tabs.
This list contains the people that can edit any proposals that you create. Note that changes made here will also affect proposals that are currently in development or review.

Record how and when you wish to receive your notifications.

| Communication Method | Select EMAIL, NOTICE or BOTH according to the preferred means of communication.
This will override the Default User Communication Method recorded for all users in PAAW0100. (These are static values.) |
| Notify on | Select check box(es) for the day(s) of the week in which to receive notification. A separate record is created in the PERSON_NOTIFICATION_DAY table for each day check box selected. PERSON_NOTIFICATION_DAY.DAY |
Select what to subscribe to. This can be all proposals of a Proposal Type or as focussed as a proposal item value.

| Proposal Type | Select the Proposal Type for which to subscribe. i.e. Receive a notice when a proposal of that Proposal Type is submitted. Only Proposal Types for which this person has access will be available here. i.e. If a Proposal Type has the Restrict Access check box selected in PAAW0200 and the user's security role is not given View Access for this Proposal Type in SECF0095, then that proposal Type will not be available for that user here. Notifications can be limited by selecting Proposal instances, Elements, Items or Item parts. PERSON_PROP_INST_NOTIFICATION.PROPOSAL_TYPE |
| Element | Select an Element in the selected Proposal Type for which the user wishes to subscribe. i.e. Receive a notice when a Proposal of that Proposal Type is submitted with a change to that element. | Proposal Item | Items to which the user wishes to subscribe, wherever they occur, unless restricted by Proposal Type, Proposal Instance or Element above or values (described below). PERSON_PROP_INST_NOTIFICATION.PROPROSAL_ITEM_CD |
| Values | This column refers to the value of an item. When an item is recorded in a row then a value can be added in the section below the table. Then, when a proposal is submitted that involves changes to this value, you will receive a notification. Notifications can be limited if Proposal instances or Proposal Types or Elements are selected (described above). If values are defined for the item then a 'Values exist' lamp appears in this column and the values are listed in the section below the table. PERSON_PROP_INST_NOTIF_VALUE.VALUE |
Default Communication Methods (EMAIL, NOTICE or BOTH) and Default Subscription Notice and Email Types are recorded in PAAW0100. Communication Methods recorded here will override those default values.
Notice and Email Types for Subscriptions can be recorded for particular Proposal Items in PAAW0030.
These will override the default values where these Elements are involved.
The default frequency of notification can be recorded in PAAW0100 - daily or weekly.
