What is ITMS responsible for?

The Information Technology Management & Support division (ITMS) is responsible for a range of information, network and communication technologies at Charles Darwin University (CDU).

We provide IT support to both staff and students across our campuses for academic teaching and research and general administrative functions.

We can assist you with email, internet, phone and voicemail access, software and hardware purchasing, training, and student computer lab access and information.

How can I check the status of the CDU Information Technology Systems?

ITMS have introduced a new monitoring system for everyone on campus - students and staff. View more information - This can be also accessed from browser on smart devices such as (smartphone, tablets, PDA's, Blackberry, etc.). The System and Application Monitoring system is updated when outages occur.
